Fraser Cameron Ltd offers a complete range of personal property appraisal services. Our Business adheres to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the American Appraisal Foundation.

Our service provides credible appraisals of personal property in well written, easily understood reports presenting the current economic exchange value of the items/property being appraised. This is of great value for thoses parties engaged in the following situations: decedent estate/ probate/ charitable trust/ replacement value/ divorce settlements/ equitable division between heirs etc.

All Appraisals are performed with impartiality, objectivity, independence and without accomodations of the personal interests of the client and or anyone else.

Our fee is based on the time needed to determine the scope of the appraisal/ collecting the necessary data and information/ research/ making credible opinions and conclusions and communicating the results via a written report. Each appraisal is preceded by an engagement letter which must be signed by the client prior to the appraisal being executed. Payment is due upon completion of the appraisal report.
